This Privacy Policy describes the personal information Fecusio collects and processes from website visitors and Customers and Users of its Services (as defined in the Terms of Service).
1. General

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is protected, stored and used when someone visits the Fecusio website or uses the Services. By using the website or Services, the website visitors, Customers and Users acknowledge to have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy must be read together with Fecusio’s Terms of Service and Use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the defined terms in this Privacy Policy have the meaning attributed to them in the Terms of Service and Use.
IMPORTANT: This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information processed by Fecusio on behalf of its Customers (e.g., identities data). For such data, please refer to the respective Customer’s privacy policy.

Fecusio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes occur, the “last updated” date will be revised.
Where possible, Fecusio will notify users via email of material changes. Continued use of the site or Services constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
2. Fecusio’s Role

Overcode is a company incorporated under Serbian law (Jovana Cvijića 10, 21101 Novi Sad, Serbia company registration number 67879724), and provides online software (the “Platform”) used to manage feature flags and identities (the “Services”).
Fecusio acts as data controller for Personal Data provided during signup or account registration.
IMPORTANT: For personal information uploaded and processed by Customers via the Platform, Fecusio acts solely as a data processor under the Customer’s instructions. These cases fall under the Customer’s privacy policy.

Fecusio is committed to GDPR compliance and protecting Personal Data.
3. The Data We Process
3.1 Personal Data means any personal information that could identify a website visitor, Customer or User, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to, first and last name, date of birth, email address, occupation or other demographic information.

*Card numbers never touch Fecusio servers; they are tokenised and stored by Paddle.
4. International Transfers
4.1 Fecusio will try to process Personal Data as much as possible within the EU. In so far as data transfers outside the EU are necessary, Fecusio will only transfer data outside to third countries that offer an appropriate level of data protection, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. This may include having the data recipient sign a copy of the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
4.2 Website visitors, Customers and Users outside the EU should note that their Personal Data will be transferred out of their country and into the EU. They consent to such transfer through their use of Fecusio’s website, Services or Platform. The website visitor, Customer or User also warrants that it has the right to transfer such information outside its country and into the EU.
5. Data Retention

Users can trigger Delete my account in the dashboard. Purging is irreversible.
6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

- Request data portability
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing

7. Cookies & Similar Tech
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption, authentication, and request validation mechanisms (e.g., CSRF protection).
We do not run ad trackers. You can clear cookies in your browser. A GDPR‑compliant consent banner appears only if we add non‑essential cookies in the future.
8. Automated Decision‑Making / Profiling
Fecusio does not perform automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects under Art. 22 GDPR.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top, and
- Notify workspace owners by email and in‑app banner.
