This Privacy Policy describes how Fecusio (operated by Overcode, Jovana Cvijića 10, 21101 Novi Sad, Serbia, company ID 67879724) collects, uses, and protects personal information from visitors to our website and registered users of our hosted demo (collectively, “Users”).
It also explains what data we do not process — in particular, data handled by customers who self-host the Fecusio tool under license.

This Privacy Policy explains how we protect, store, and use personal information when you:
- Visit our website, or
- Register for and use the hosted Fecusio demo.
By using our website or demo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service. Defined terms have the meanings set out in the Terms.
Important: This Policy does not apply to personal data processed by customers in their self-hosted instances of Fecusio. Such deployments are fully controlled by the customer, who is responsible for their own privacy obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the website or demo constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
2. Fecusio’s Role

For the hosted demo and website, Fecusio acts as a data controller of the personal data you provide when registering or interacting with the site.
For customers who self-host the Tool, Fecusio has no access to or control over the data stored in those installations and therefore acts neither as controller nor processor in relation to such data.
2.2
Fecusio is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data-protection laws.
3. The Data We Process
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. The categories we process for the demo and website are listed below.

Note: The hosted demo is for testing only. Please do not upload sensitive, confidential, or production data.
We do not process billing or payment information since licenses are purchased separately through direct contact or invoicing.
4. Self-Hosted Installations
When you deploy Fecusio on your own servers:
- You are the controller of any personal data stored in your installation.
- Fecusio does not collect or access that data.
- You must maintain your own privacy policy and legal compliance.
We may, however, process your contact information (e.g., email, company name) for license management, security notifications, and updates.
5. International Transfers
Fecusio processes data primarily within the European Union.
If data must be transferred outside the EU (e.g., to trusted service providers), such transfers will follow the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards ensuring adequate protection.
By using our website or demo, you consent to such transfers.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use only functional cookies necessary to operate the demo and website (e.g., authentication tokens and preferences).
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If we add non-essential cookies (for analytics or improvement), a GDPR-compliant consent banner will appear.
9. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption,
- Access control and authentication,
- Secure hosting within reputable EU providers,
- Regular review of access logs.
No system is perfectly secure; you use the demo at your own risk.
10. Automated Decision-Making
Fecusio does not perform automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
